Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for booking and using the services provided by QUESTROOMS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered address at ul. Startowa 4A, 80-461 Gdańsk, Poland, tax identification number (NIP): 8891520566, and statistical identification number (REGON): 387251506, hereinafter referred to as the “Game Organiser”. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Game Organiser also includes its representatives.

General Provisions

1. The Game Organiser provides an escape room experience in which participants enter a room and solve clues and puzzles to find their way out (the “Game”). The detailed rules of the Game are explained to participants before it begins.
2. Each participant must read these Terms and Conditions before taking part in the Game.
3. The Game takes place at the Game Organiser’s premises at ul. Startowa 4A, 80-461 Gdańsk; al. Niepodległości 720, Sopot; or ul. Wolska 60, 01-135 Warsaw (the “Premises”).
4. By taking part in the Game, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for purposes related to conducting the Game, in accordance with the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).
5. If participants fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Game Organiser may, in particular, end the Game with immediate effect or ask the participants to leave the Premises. In either case, the participants are not entitled to a refund.
6. These Terms and Conditions are available on the website and at the Premises.

• 1. Participation in the Game requires a booking made through the booking section of https://questrooms.pl/ or by telephone on 730 310 730 for Gdańsk and Sopot, or 730 310 732 for Warsaw, no later than one hour before the scheduled start of the Game.
  2. To make a booking online or by telephone, the person making the booking must:
     1. select a preferred room;
     2. select a date and time;
     3. provide their first name, surname, email address and mobile phone number;
     4. state the number of participants;
     5. select a payment method;
     6. accept these Terms and Conditions, in the case of an online booking; and
     7. click the “Book” button, in the case of an online booking.
  3. The person making the booking will receive confirmation at the email address provided during the booking process. For online bookings, confirmation will be sent within 30 minutes of making the booking.
  4. The booking confirmation contains:
     1. the details of the person making the booking;
     2. the room number;
     3. the date and time the booking was made;
     4. the date and time of the Game; and
     5. the number of participants.
  5. In exceptional circumstances, the Game Organiser may allow participants to take part without a prior booking.
  6. A booking cancellation must be reported using the contact details for the relevant location:
     • Gdańsk and Sopot: kontakt@questrooms.pl or 730 310 730;
     • Warsaw: warszawa@questrooms.pl or 730 310 732.

     Cancellations must be reported at least four hours before the scheduled Game. A cancellation is effective only when confirmed by the Game Organiser.

1. Participants must arrive at the Premises at least 15 minutes before the Game begins so that they can read and sign these Terms and Conditions and familiarise themselves with the rules of the Game.
2. If even one participant arrives late, the Game may be shortened or the group may be refused admission without a refund.
3. If a visit is not cancelled at least one hour before the Game begins, an invoice may be issued for 30% of the Game price, subject to a minimum of PLN 50 per room.
4. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance is prohibited from taking part in the Game.
5. Participants take part in the Game at their own risk.
6. People with claustrophobia, epilepsy, other chronic illnesses or any mental health conditions should not take part in the Game.
7. Participants are responsible for any damage they cause at the Premises.
8. Children under the age of 13 may take part only when accompanied by at least one adult participant.
9. Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited throughout the Premises.
10. Cameras located both on the Premises and inside the rooms record visits.

1. Groups of 2 to 9 people may take part in the Game, depending on the room.
2. The maximum Game time is 60-99 minutes, depending on the room.
3. The use of any audio or video recording equipment during the Game is prohibited.
4. The Game Organiser uses video monitoring during the Game to provide participants with clues, and participants accept this. The Game Organiser reserves all rights to the recordings. The recordings are accessible only to the Game Organiser, who undertakes not to disclose them to third parties except in exceptional circumstances.
5. The Game Organiser may enter the room if necessary.
6. The use of force in the rooms is prohibited.

1. The prices for taking part in the Game are listed on the website and at the Premises.
2. Payment for the Game may be made at the Premises in cash, by bank transfer or by payment card.
3. The prices shown on the Warsaw price list are gross prices and include VAT at 8%, calculated in accordance with applicable law.
4. These Terms and Conditions apply to all groups taking part in the Game.

5. Services at ul. Wolska 60 in Warsaw are provided by a separate company. Its details and the rules for using its services are set out in the Warsaw Terms and Conditions. Bookings for Games in Warsaw are governed by the Warsaw Terms and Conditions.
